Violin

I apologize, my dearest public, for leaving you without word nor heed for so many days. It is true that I have been busy, but the shear volume of frantic emails enquiring after my health and begging for an update on my musings tells me that I should have posted earlier. Henceforth I promise to prioritize higher that which is this blog.

Meanwhile, I got drunk with an orchestra last night (as often happens on Wednesdays) and as seems to be an all to common occurrence, I’ve taken up a new instrument, joined another ensemble and have a gig.

The chairman of the orchestra has offered to lend me a Violin, so that I might learn to understand this “string malarkey The general manager of the orchestra has suggested that I might form part of a piano quartet, and I’m probably playing Holy Trinity Brompton on the 17th December.

Its all terribly exciting.
